- $49.00 per day for 2 people (May 1st – Sep 30th)
- $59.00 per day for 2 people (Oct 1st – April 30th)
- $69.00 Per day for 2 people during octoberfest, Race week, Bike week and all holidays
- $10.00 Extra for additional people over 2 per day
- Refundable damage deposit of $100 required upon check in
- Minimum stay of 2 nights required
- Minimum stays are required during special events/holidays
